to prevent toe nails from chipping AGAIN, and bleed,

i decide to wear shoes, to play soccer.

then,

i fell, on my knees.

knees, bleeded.

maybe next time, use knee guard.

why confirm will hurt or bleed somewhere one..

then i wear helmet,
