Its 2.42am.

I am packing my bags for the monday booking in.

While packing, I felt sad.

Very sad, till the extend of crying.

I DIDNT CRY LA! but feel like it.

BUT I DIDNT HOR!

I am going to training, again.

After going thru BMT, and came out again.

I can actually realised how precious are people, friends and families around you.

And I am soon, leaving them, to go training again.



I AM SO EMOTIONAL, MAN!
GOSH! stop gu-nianging can.

I did some sms-ing.

Some replied, some didnt.

Oh well..

I GOING TO SAFTI MILITARY INSTITUTE ON MONDAY LE LAAAAAAAA!

Its darn stupid.

Its supposed to be 2 weeks confinement, but there are so many public holidays.

READ!

There are friends, who I started to lose contact with.
I wanna meet them, talk to them and do lots of catching up.
But laziness and time wont allow me.
I am going to do MASS-SMS later!

Just to ask a simple question.

HEY! HI! HOW ARE YOU?

I know, most of them will just "oh, i am fine. u?"
Some might just "fine."
But, cold replies better than no replies right?
At least, its glad to know that our friends are fine.
BUT, even if they "fine" you, they might be upset about something but just didnt mention to you.
Simply because, You are/ I am not close to them.

It takes two hands to clap.
But it also takes two hands to snap.

SO NOW!

Lets be the hand which initiate the clap, rather than the snap! =DD

After knowing that i will be confined for 2-3 weeks and recalled the life in BMT.

I FEEEEEEEEEEEL SO SIAN LA!

Going to ocs was what i wanted, and i got into it now.

WHY am i complaining..

ARGH.

Maybe the Ah gua-ness in me made me do so.

I hate training after all. =(

Went to Paya Lebar Airbase for Medical checkup.

After alighting at PLAB and saw RSAF Aeromedical Centre, i met with one colleague who used to work with me during Robinson's Expo.

THEN HOR.

He, "Checkup ar? I think its like 2 stops away, you alighted too early le."

Me, "HUH? Diao, sian half, okay, thanks.."

So i walked to down, and the building was, AirForce School.

Exchanged the pass, and realise that, THERES NO MEDICAL CENTRE AT AFS!

Then, walked further down the road, to some high security place..

And i reached a MEDICAL CENTRE.

And i realise, its the wrong place lar..

I called back to cmpb then realise.

Realised that the place i should go is.. where i started from, The aeromedical centre.

WALK HERE WALK THERE. i think walk like got 2km lor.

ARGH!

ANYWAY!

After taking height and weight, I realised I BECAME SHORTER AND FATTER!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

eh.

Jessica commented that i wear my clothes like a MALAY!

+ with my orh orh, burnt bangala-coloured skin.

I really looked like a malay.

No wonder my neighbour who we know for like near 20 years talked to me using english.

Went to CMPB, again.

To do my compass test.

Before that, i need to re-sign my contract again.

WHY?

BECAUSE THERES A RAISE IN MY SALARY!

Anyway.

The sad part.

COMPASS TEST WAS SOOOOOO DIFFICULT.

btw, COMPASS Test stands for Computerised Aptitude Selection System Test.

Its darn difficult to fly a darn plane la.

I am soooo destined to fail that test lar..

One part is.. Digit recall.

Starting hor..

17 Dec -> Compass test =/
18 Dec -> Medical Checkup =/

Siao bo, 18 dec must reach Paya Lebar Airbase at 0800. wth right!

eh.

So my life in remaining 1 year 8months of my ns life will be..

2 Weeks of Common Leadership Course.

7 weeks of.. ?? term.

6.5 months of pro term. ?_? whats that.

3 weeks of joint term. ??_?? double "whats that."

Promote to 2nd Lt..

Work for like 1 year, to get promoted to LTA.

THEN, ORD LO! like real.
Obtain "CAT C" (i duno whats that too) to go degree studies at local uni.

Haiz, then till at the age of 28/29.

After my uni, i will need to go back, and serve another 3/4 years of my remaining bond.

With degree, i will be promoted to Captain, but stuck with that rank for 3/4 years.

I have made a decision, and signed on the pieces of paper.
Theres no turning-back.

Just read my cousin's blog on the Little Nonya.

She mentioned that we are nonya..

Eh, yea, 1/4 of our blood are nonya, to be exact, peranakan.

The peranakans are like kinda extinct in Singapore le leh..

And peranakan de food, are really REALLY NICE.

I wont let peranakans go extinct!

I will learn from my grandma
AND
carry on the peranakan's traditions!
especially their food. =x

But i dont want to learn malay..

HAHAHAHA!

AH!

Always looking forward to have the next meeting with her.

The previous one was short, but its okay.

I signed on to army.

Actually, Air Force.

As a pilot!

Actually, an UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) pilot officer.

I was a recruit 2 days ago.

A private 1 day ago.

And now a officer-cadet-trainee!

Which means, i got into OCS!

=DD

I signed on for a 5 years bond.

Erm, did i made the right choice?

eh...

Finally.

I had finish the 1st stage of my NS life.

And attended the Passing-Out-Parade aka POP, or Graduation Parade aka GP,

After a long 7 hours 24km route march.

This marks the end of my BMT (Basic Military Training) life.

But i felt, its all just the beginning, as I still got 1 years and 8 months to go.

Anyway, JIAYOU BA TK!

I having 10++ days of holiday wor, those who miss me (if theres any), ask me out k! hahaha!

AND, it felt worse when you know that theres a big gap between you and your crush, and knowing that shes in love with other guy!

ARGH!

I need more intense physical training for me to relax and calm my mind.

Thanks NS! Even without ns, things will still goes the same.

The problems lies in ME! haha.. obviously.

Met up with eugene, waikit and zg.

Well, they said that i am so INTO the army life..

Oh well.. i am getting used to army life. =D

YAY!

WE, RAVEN, WON AND IS THE CHAMPION OF DRILL COMPETITION!

And I got a medal!

Its already going to be the last day in Tekong soon, on Tuesday.

Looking back at all the tough and unbearable training, its quite a miracle that I managed to pull through.

Its really quite amazing to realise that your body can last longer than you think.

Changes taken place, that I am sure friends and family that has witness me before and after Basic Military Training had noticed.

Life-long friends made, life-long skills learnt with unseen gain, which are always covered with visible losses.
